Memorial Brick Registration Letter

MARINE CORPS HERITAGE FOUNDATION MEMORIAL BRICK: In 2005, the Marine Bombing Squadron Six-Thirteen Association purchased a memorial brick for the winding pathway at the newly opened National Museum of the Marine Corps and Heritage Center at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia.

Memorial Brick Registration Certificate

BRICK REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE: VMB-613's memorial brick at the National Museum of the Marine Corps is inscribed with the words "VMB 613 In Memory of the Ponape Mission."  It recalls the ill-fated mission over Ponape on February 6, 1945 in which seven members of VMB-613 were killed-in-action.
