Our father, Private First Class, Frank J. Kos (Navigator for Rogers/Noble) passed away yesterday, July 14th. He remained with the Corps until discharged in 1948. He went to Wichita State University, got a degree in Mechanical Engineering, got married, served in the US Army during the Korea War as a 2nd Lt, ended up in Seattle working for the Boeing Company. Hello,

I just wanted to say this is a wonderful site and i am proud to be the Great Nephew of Cpl Frank Haddix. My grandfather John and he were brothers. I never had the opportunity to meet him in person, but have heard many stories from my grandparents about him and how he took care of their mother back home during the war. Again a wonderful site. I can not wait to show my grandfather!

Hello everyone. I work at ASU-Newport---built on the site of the old Newport Army Air Field--later designated the Marine Corps Auxiliary Airfield. I am interested in preserving this important history. Would like to collect any stories, photos, etc from era.

What a pleaseure and treasure the -613 website is. My Dad was Ezra Mayer Nadelman. He passed in 1958 withou discussing any of his war experience. Seeing his pictures as a young Marine was a tear jerking experience. Thank you so much. Regards, Jeff
